VPN service usage data: Technical information generated by the use of the VPN service, such as the connection IP address, the country from which the connection is made, the application version, the device language, the installation source, and technical parameters of the session, is not shared with third parties and is automatically deleted after fourteen (14) days. Session and device information may be stored for an extended period to allow persistent login and enable users to view and manage their connected devices. This policy is applied to ensure user privacy and minimize the retention of sensitive information.
Account data (registration and login): For users who upgrade to the VIP version of the application and create an account, we store your email address and encrypted password securely for as long as you keep your account active and wish to continue using our services. You have full control over your information and can delete your account at any time directly from the app, which will result in the deletion of the data linked to that account, unless it is necessary to retain it for limited operational reasons or due to contractual obligations related to payments or incident resolution.
Contact and communication data: Data provided through contact forms or communication channels will be kept for as long as necessary to manage and resolve the corresponding query, and will then be deleted or anonymized, unless the user requests its deletion in advance.
Analytical and tracking data: Data collected through analysis and tracking tools, including analytics and marketing cookies described in Section 5.7, is kept in aggregate and anonymized form for the period strictly necessary for statistical purposes, service improvement, marketing measurement, and optimization of the technical performance of the application and website.

Our advertising is delivered through mediation platforms, primarily Google AdMob and IronSource, which route ad requests to a network of third-party advertising partners. These partners may include Mintegral, DT Exchange, Liftoff, Meta Audience Network, and Unity Ads, among others. The specific partners active at any given time depend on our mediation configuration and may change from time to time; the current full list of mediation partners can be found on AdMob's mediation partners page: https://admob.google.com/home/bidding/bidding-partners/ and IronSource platform. Each of these partners may collect and process device identifiers, and ad interaction data as needed to deliver and measure advertising, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

OpenAI is used by Octohide VPN as a marketing channel - for example, to run or measure advertising and promotional activity aimed at reaching prospective users. Information shared with OpenAI for this purpose is limited to what is necessary to deliver and attribute marketing activity and is subject to OpenAI's own Privacy Policy.

These third-party services and tools may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use that information for other purposes. Information shared with these third-party services will be treated and stored in accordance with their respective privacy policies and our privacy policy.
