User agreement

By using a Octohide services and/or visiting the Octohide site , you agree in full to all of the terms provided here, and the terms and conditions of Octohide Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound to the terms and conditions contained here, then access to the Octohide Site and/or its Services is prohibited.

Octohide Service

Octohide vpn encrypts your internet traffic and hides your IP with physical location. It allows you to proxy your Internet traffic through different countries so you can appear to look like you are browsing from those countries.

Prohibited and restricted uses

In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website and Services or Content:
Send or transmit unsolicited advertisements or content (i.e., "spam") over the Service.
Send, post, or transmit over the Service any content which is illegal, hateful, threatening, insulting, or defamatory; infringes on intellectual property rights; invades privacy; or incites violence.
Upload, download, post, reproduce, or distribute any content protected by copyright or any other proprietary right without first having obtained permission from the owner of the proprietary content.
Upload, download, post, reproduce, or distribute any content that includes sexual or explicit depictions of minors.
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other Subscriber from using or enjoying the Service.
Attempt to access, probe, or connect to computing devices without proper authorization (i.e., any form of "hacking").
Use VPN for automated connections (bots).
Use the Service for anything other than lawful purposes.

Proprietary Rights

The copyright in all material contained on, in, or available through the application or web page including all information, data, text, sounds, graphics and video messages, and all source code, application compilations and other material ("Material") is owned/licensed by Octohide. All rights are reserved.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts or limit access to the Services in our sole discretion without any indication or notice.
This Agreement will immediately terminate upon your breach of any of your obligations in this Agreement.
You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by completely uninstalling the application.

Warranty Disclaimers

We take efforts to improve the accuracy of the Services, but complex software is never wholly free from defects or errors . We do not make any warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You acknowledge that you access the Site and Services at your sole risk and discretion.
You agree that such Service is provided on an "as is" and "available" basis and that your use of the Website and Services is solely at your own risk. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Octohide, its officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents, and suppliers, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, partners, and agents, from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Content and Service, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to modify and update these Terms at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, and without liability.
We also reserve the right to modify or update the operation of the Service, at any time, for any reason, and without notice or liability.
