1. Launch the Octohide VPN app.

2. Tap Settings on the bottom right of the app, and select Account from the menu.

3. Press Forgot password.

4. You will be redirected to a password recovery page. Enter the email address of your account, verify the captcha, and then tap the Send me a recovery link button.

5. Now check your email inbox for a message from us.
If you don't see it in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
If the email doesn't arrive at all, it's possible that there's no account associated with that address. For more information, contact our support team.
Once you find the email, open it and tap Change Password.

6. Set a new password and press Confirm new password to complete.
